Name: The Colossal Squid (Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni)
Conservation status: Least concern.
Lifespan: 2 years. They are fast growers.
What they eat: They eat small and large fishes and other squids.
Where they live: They live in deep waters. They are found in the Antarctic waters (southern ocean) and off the coasts of New Zealand.
Predator: Sperm Whales.
