What would happen to the human body if we all went vegan?

Ans: Personally, veganism is lifestyle choice but I think that the human body is very complex. So if you are non-veg or veg and is converting to vegan, your body needs time to get adjusted to it as you might get tired first but then you will get used to it. It also depends on the type of body you have and also, how healthy you eat. Some people know about vegan diets so, they make sure they eat a balanced diet with all required nutrients. Some, follow a vegan diet but don't know about their carbs, fats, minerals, vitamins & proteins intake. So, they may get certain deficiency. And some, know both so they try to take a balanced diet and some required supplements.

"A global vegan diet would also result in 8.1 million fewer deaths per year worldwide."

"They found that people who eat vegan and vegetarian diets have a lower risk of heart disease, but a higher risk of stroke, possibly partly due to a lack of B12."

"Eating a vegan or plant-based diet can be bad for your brain health, especially if you already have a low choline intake, researchers report"

"According to Lee, those who adhere to a plant-based diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, and fruits typically pass well-formed poop more frequently. Plant-based foods are rich in fiber whilst meat and dairy products contain none. Fiber keeps the intestinal system working efficiently, according to Everyday Health."
